Documents Check List

Please submit the following documents to info@alsalam-institute.com:

  • A duly filled Student Visa Application form.

  • A completed Student Undertaking Letter.

  • A copy of an accepted unconditional offer letter.

  • Payment of 25% of the tuition fee and the appropriate visa charges for the current year. The remittance receipt must be submitted along with the Visa application.

  • The remittance receipt of the visa refundable deposit payment.

  • A color passport copy (clear and with at least 6 months of validity when applying for a Student Visa).

  • A color passport-size photograph with a white background (JPEG format, max file size 30kb, size 4.3 cm x 5.5 cm).

Additional Steps

Medical Insurance

The Institute requires all students on our Student Residence Visa to have medical insurance for the duration of their study. A copy of the insurance documents must be submitted with the application. Dubai Health Authority (DHA) compliant Medical insurance is compulsory for all students.

Visa Renewal

The student visa renewal process will commence once the student has completed the enrollment and financial procedures. Typically, this process takes around 30 working days, excluding any additional time required for the application to undergo a security check by UAE government authorities.

Visa Cancellation

Students who are awaiting the next available Graduation event may apply for visa cancellation closer to the visa expiry date. The process typically takes around 10-15 working days.
